September 22nd - 27th (Sunday - Friday)
You can pick either week or you can do both weeks.
The conference room is the nicest room we have ever been to on a retreat. It is large and each person will have their own 8ft table and there is plenty of room if you would want to lay a quilt out.
Shoppe fee is $85.00 and is due at time of sign up, this needs to be cash or check and is a non refundable fee. The retreat is in Branson, so that is an easy drive for everyone.
The room are $85/night plus tax without breakfast, or $105/night plus tax with breakfast for two, with two queen beds rooms in each room. If you have two people in your room you will split that room rate, so that would be 42.50 each plus tax.
They have an independent restaurant -so you are getting a break on the cost of the breakfast if you want to do the room rate that includes breakfast.
We will provide cutting stations, ironing stations, two design walls and all extension cords that are needed. There is a regular size frig in the sewing room that you can put items in, but remember there are around 30 of us there and their needs to be room for everyone. You also have a small room frig. I will bring a toaster, so bring bread or waffles would be great. Or bring bagels and cream, items like that are great and you can have your breakfast in the conference room, if you choose not to do the restaurant breakfast.
You can sew day or night, go out to eat, go see a show or go shopping. It is so fun,
nothing like not having to do laundry or house work or fixing dinners for any. Just you and your sewing machine and a bunch of friends.
