MYSTERY QUILT WEEKEND
February 28th & 29th
We will begin on Friday, February 28th at 10 am until?
Start back up on Saturday, February 29th at 9 am.
If you decide to participate in this Mystery, once you have
signed up and paid you will be given a clue that will give you
fabric requirements and some cutting information to get you
ready to start sewing as soon as you arrive. Then once you
complete your first clue you will be given another clue and
continue this process until you have finished your Mystery Quilt.
It is always a lot of fun and who doesn't love a good mystery.
It fills up fast, so sign up as soon as possible.
Mystery Fee $25.00
WEEK LONG RETREAT
April 6th - 11th
Monday - Saturday
We have scheduled a week long retreat
You can arrive on Monday April 6th at 10 am
and stay until anytime on Saturday, April 11th.
If would like to stay only to Friday, April 10th that will
also work as April 12th is Easter.
The Hotel room is $59 + tax per night based on a two
person per room - so that would make it around $35 per
night per person. There is a $75.00 fee due and payable and
to Sew Simple Quilt Shoppe by January 15th to reserve
you space. Once you have signed up and paid the $75.00 you
will be given hotel information and you are responsible for
call and making your own reservations.
There are no refunds, if you should change your mind
you would have to get someone to take your place and they
would reimburse you the $75.00 deposit you had paid and
you would need to notify the shop of who is taking your place.
Breakfast is provided by the hotel, the rest of the meals
everyone is on their own. Most of the time we just go get
something or bring it back, but you can do as you please.
The sewing room is equipped with a microwave, full size
refrigerator and you also have a small frig and microwave
in each room. There is an indoor pool and hot tub so bring
a bathing suit.
Space is limited as we have been advertising this at
the shoppe for the past two weeks. Call to check on space
availability.

You can come in anytime during the month to receive your first pattern for FREE. If you do not get it picked up with in the month that it is offered the cost will be $2. We will have kits available in the fabrics shown if you would like to purchase one. Again we will only guarantee kits during the month that the pattern is offered.
